The 24th Chesapeake Chamber Music Festival (formerly the Eastern Shore Chamber Music Festival) will feature eleven concerts between June 4 and June 14, 2009 in Talbot County, Queenstown and Chestertown, MD. Led by a faculty of nearly 20 world-class chamber musicians, the Festival is guided by Artistic Directors J. Lawrie Bloom, Principal Clarinetist of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Marcy Rosen, founding member of the world-renowned the Mendelssohn String Quartet.

Saturday, June 6, 4 p.m. Concert and Champagne Picnic Supper, Wye Woods, Aspen Institute, Queenstown with Pre-Concert Discussion with the Artists at 3:15 p.m.
Sunday, June 7, 3 p.m. Concert, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Chestertown
Tuesday, June 9, 5:30 p.m. Recital, Inn at 202 Dover, Easton
Wednesday, June 10, 10 a.m. Free Open Rehearsal, Academy Art Museum, Easton
Wednesday, June 10, 7 p.m. Free Concert in the Street, Easton
Thursday, June 11, 12 Noon Luncheon Recital Concert, Academy Art Museum, Easton
Friday, June 12, 8 p.m. Concert, Avalon Theatre, Easton followed by Post-Concert Discussion with the Artists
Saturday, June 13, 3 p.m. Concert, Newberry Auditorium at M.E.B.A., Easton
Sunday, June 14 at 4 p.m. Angels Concert and Reception at a Waterfront Estate, Talbot County
